Harry Potter Trip
On Thursday May 11th 2017 a group of Year 11 English Literature students travelled into London to the Royal Albert Hall to watch a screening of ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’. This was on a 40-foot screen and was accompanied by a sensational live orchestra and chorus featuring John Williams’ immortal score. It was conducted by Justin Freer of The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.
The students were totally absorbed in the performance and enjoyed the food and the fact they were able to view this performance from one of the Royal Albert Hall’s boxes. It was a magical evening and there was much fun, laughter and joy throughout.
Thank you, Year 11 for a fantastic evening!
